With nearly two decades of experience, I have delivered design impact across sectors including Consumer Discretionary, Energy, Financials, Health Care, Materials, and Utilities. My work spans industries such as Agriculture, Banking, Beauty, Consumer Goods, Distribution, Gaming, Insurance, Luxury, Marketing, Mining, Mobility, Retail, Supply Chain, and technologies like AI, Blockchain, and Immersive Experience.
Experience That Moves Billions
I led the foundational UX and product design for a global blockchain platform tracking over $2B in assets, earning industry-wide recognition for innovation. In 2017, I was the design owner of a core experience within an AI-driven investment platform—years ahead of its time. Most recently, I guided a team in creating an immersive, robotics-integrated experience that redefined hybrid collaboration.
Cash-Flow Positive in 6 Months
My first venture was a digital florist I co-founded in 2014, which became cash-flow positive within six months. We used a direct-to-consumer model focused on botanical design, elevated customer experience, and social commerce. Strategic partnerships helped scale our operations and shape a distinct brand identity. Building on that success, I launched an innovation design firm, which I ran for five years, helping forward-thinking startups and enterprises accelerate product–market fit.
About Lucy
I grew up in an immigrant household where building from scratch wasn’t a concept — it was a way of life. I learned how to take smart risks, stretch limited resources, and solve problems hands-on — a crash course in entrepreneurship long before launching my own ventures in innovation design and social commerce. With family roots in engineering and the arts, I’m a hybrid channel for both logic and creativity, which led me to a career in innovation design.
That mindset carried me across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, where I led innovation design across diverse industries. I gravitate toward complex challenges — uncovering what matters, designing with clarity, and building systems that stand up to scale. Many of the products I’ve shaped contributed to multimillion-dollar growth and helped companies break into new markets. Along the way, I’ve worked with emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and immersive technology — not for hype, but to create more meaningful and intelligent practices. The work often redefined how people engage with the world and helped the businesses behind them stay ahead in the value they deliver.
Off the clock, I usually recharge with surfing, gaming, making music, and spending time with loved ones. Lately, I’ve been exploring how neurotech might change the way we experience the world.
